I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, with a jacuzzi and a nice little terrace - pure relaxation. The daily services were so convenient, especially the hot-tub right in the bedroom. The front desk clerk was a bit grumpy, but the staff made special arrangements for our Machu Picchu visit, which was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the historical town center. The dining included freshly baked European bread, a delightful touch. The facilities were top-notch, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
